As Pitch Producer for SMPro, the agency behind the award-winning 2025 Red Sea International Film Festival, I led the strategic development of the 2026 festival pitch in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Building on our 2025 delivery of a 15,500 sqm festival hub, eight operational zones, 94 exhibition booths and over 150,000 labour hours, I directed the integration of creative, technical, operational and commercial strategies into a comprehensive proposal for two separate sites.

Working at senior leadership level, I coordinated multidisciplinary teams, specialist suppliers and commercial stakeholders to develop a scalable, commercially competitive delivery strategy. The pitch leveraged SMPro’s 2026 Middle East Event Award for Best Festival, demonstrating proven delivery capability while targeting greater operational efficiency, cost optimisation, sustainability and production excellence.

Sadly, the event was cancelled due to the recent Middle East troubles but will be back again in 2027.
