“Bank” Gala Dinner – Dubai Opera House

As Head of Production for Fables & Fire, I am leading the technical and production planning for the brands 80th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Dubai Opera House, a prestigious celebration for approximately 400 guests. I oversaw the integration of creative concepts, technical production, venue infrastructure and specialist contractors, delivering a complex, four-act theatrical experience combining immersive projection, aerial performances, sophisticated lighting and live entertainment.

My responsibilities encompassed production strategy, technical design, supplier management, budgeting, scheduling and operational coordination. Working closely with the Producer, Dubai Opera House and multidisciplinary production teams, I managed the requirements for scenic, one aerial performes and advanced projection systems, alongside guest arrival experiences, branding. My focus was on delivering an ambitious, technically demanding production while maintaining commercial control, operational efficiency and exceptional production standards.
