Etihad Rail Network Launch – Dubai

I’m extremely proud to have led the SMPro team as Project Lead for the Dubai launch of Etihad Rail’s new passenger network — a complex, multi-location programme supporting one of the most significant transport milestones in the UAE.

The programme included a separate inauguration event as UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan travelled aboard Etihad Rail from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, where His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan inaugurated Etihad Rail’s Dubai station.

Alongside this historic moment, our responsibility was to deliver the launch programme across three stations within the Emirate, working closely with the Etihad Rail management and station teams to turn an operational railway into a live-event environment.
