Executive Finance Launch Event – Paris, France

As Project Lead for OS Studios, I oversaw the planning, production and delivery of a prestigious Executive Launch Event at the Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild in Paris. My responsibilities included production management, creative direction, technical delivery, supplier coordination, venue operations and stakeholder management, ensuring a seamless, premium experience aligned with an international brand.
The event welcomed approximately 150 senior executives, financial leaders, fintech innovators and international media for an exclusive evening of keynote presentations, moderated discussions and executive networking. The historic venue was transformed into an elegant, contemporary branded environment featuring bespoke lighting, premium hospitality and private meeting spaces, delivering a sophisticated platform for the brand to strengthen relationships within the global financial technology sector.
