I had the pleasure of working under the remit of Adam as Talent Manager on the 5th instalment of the Red Sea Film Festival at the end of 2025.

From start to finish, Adam handled the role with so much passion and enthusiasm, that I felt totally supported throughout. He is always willing and able to help or advise immediately on any issues I had with my venue/talent/team and the quality of the team put together from the UK, alongside the Dubai and Saudi workforce was immense and their experience and commitment took away a lot of the normal pressures associated with such high-profile events.

There was nothing too big or small for him to take on and his endless energy gave us all massive motivation under intense working hours over the course of three weeks. Adam makes an ideal lead figure on a large- scale event and any company would benefit enormously from his inclusion.
