Over a 23-year career in large companies and on global projects, I've worked with only a handful of true Project leaders — and Adam is one of them.
I was fortunate to work with him at the Red Sea International Film Festival 2025 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he served as the Project Director for one of the key contractors.
Under tight deadlines and constantly shifting requirements, he meticulously delivered on the client's expectations while keeping the team motivated and always searching for the most optimal solutions.
He was incredibly supportive when a task seemed impossible — helping the team see it from a different angle or facilitating difficult conversations with the client to find alternative paths, all without compromising deadlines or budgets.
Adam is a natural-born leader, a highly intelligent and competent, professional manager, and at the same time, a tactful, wise man with a big heart.
