the privilege of working under your leadership at the Red Sea International Film Festival.

Serving as Forum Manager within the SM Pro Team was truly one of the most rewarding

professional experiences of my career.

Your expertise in risk management and crisis management was something I deeply admired —

and we all witnessed it firsthand during the heavy rain that tested the entire festival's

operations. Your composure, quick thinking, and decisive action in that critical moment not only

safeguarded the event but gave the whole team the confidence and reassurance to keep

moving forward with purpose.

Beyond that, your constant availability and hands-on support throughout the entire festival

period made a tremendous difference to all of us. No issue was too small, and no hour was too

late — you were always there, solving problems proactively and making our lives so much

easier with your full and unwavering support.

I have learned so much from your wise and grounded leadership style, and I carry those

lessons with me as I continue in my career. It was truly an honor to be part of your team, Adam,

and I hope our professional paths cross again in the future.
