This is Moe and I just want to share my feedback about our time working together on RSIFF. You were one of the most supportive and focused project leads I’ve had the chance to work with.

Your ability to keep everyone motivated while maintaining a calm and organized environment really helped the whole team perform their best. You lead with respect and clarity, and you always make sure we understand the goals and deadlines without ever feeling pressured. Which means you care about both the people and the outcome, and I believe this is what makes you such an effective leader.
