I worked with Adam Proto on two big projects in Saudi Arabia, one in AlUla and the other one in Jeddah.

Although I'm a photographer and my role is a bit on the side, being under Adam's umbrella make one feel safe, noticed, and accounted for.

I learned a few things watching the way he gained the respect of the team while at the same time establishing a rigid chain of command, all without sacrificing the time for a good joke or some well-timed humor.

Knowing he's in charge would be enough to make me commit to any kind of project.
