To whom it may concern,
I am writing in reference to Adam Proto and his suitability for the role of Project Lead on your
upcoming project in Riyadh.
I have had the privilege of working both with and under Adam throughout my career in events.
Our professional journey began over 20 years ago, when I first encountered his inspirational
tutoring and mentorship through his event management training course. Since then, I have
contracted Adam numerous times and have also been part of several teams he has built and
led.
Adam is a truly unique individual whose management style adapts seamlessly to the needs of
each situation. He sees every person in his team and client base, and this personal, passionate
approach creates motivation, pride, and unity. No matter the challenges, Adam brings people
together with clarity, purpose, and unwavering determination. He leads with drive, resilience,
and brings a sense of joy that elevates the entire team.
One of Adam’s greatest strengths is his approachability. When someone encounters a problem
or needs guidance, he always finds the time—whether it’s over breakfast at the hotel or during
the 15min return trip on the crew bus. Even on the busiest, most demanding days, he offers
support that not only solves the issue at hand but also becomes a valuable learning experience.
Most recently, I had the honour of being part of one of Adam’s project teams once again—a
group of more than 40 individuals, ranging from recent graduates to seasoned professionals,
many of whom had never worked together before. It is rare to experience such a motivated,
creative, dynamic, and cohesive team, I have made new friends and contacts for life. The glue
that held that group together, without question, was Adam Proto.
I highly and wholeheartedly recommend Adam for any Project Lead role. He is professional,
